Think Video - Store Details

TV Introduction I Video Search I Circulation I Bookings Scheduling I Store Items I Serial Items I Member Information I Accounting I Administration

The Store Details window (below) is where you enter/view/edit your shops information. Usually once information has been entered into this window, which is done during the initial setup of Think Video, you should not have to come back here again. You can enter all the normal details such as :
Your company/franchise name       Email address (optional)       Website (optional)
Address       Up to 3 contact phone numbers       Fax number

Special features include :
  • Set the time that videos are due back by - the example below is 19:00 (ie 7:00pm)
  • A warning message will pop up when you scan a members ID card, if they have $1 or more owing to the store. This can be changed to anything you like. Setting it to $0 will cause the system to bring up the warning message if the customer has any money owing
  • Overdue notice - this is a short default message which can be printed out in bulk for customers with overdue videos, and be mailed out to them as a reminder)
  • Details - allows you to configure Think Video to integrate smoothly to the way you operate currently. Your barcode labelling system for example

Please use the tabs across the top to see the other 3 parts

(this is only an example, based on fictional information)

Features to be added soon :
  • Overdue notice - optionally configure this to automatically email a member once their rental is a certain number of days late
