Think Video - Member Details

The Member Details window is where you can enter/view/edit a members information. You can enter all the normal details such as :

Member ID number	Name	Address
Contact phone number(s)	Password on the account	When they joined
Date of birth	Gender	Member is a minor/adult

Special features include :

• Original identification offered - store what ID the member gave when they joined
• Membership expiry - if/when their membership expires, or requires renewal
• Member type - gives you the ability to allocate gold/silver/bronze/staff discounts to renters (these are setup in the Administration section)
• Current fines - tells you how much the member owes the store due to late fees etc.
• Email address - a fantastic marketing option, for example you can announce up coming releases to 100's or 1000's of users cheaply and easily
• Credit card - store all credit card information on a member should they not return a video
• Password - allocate a password anywhere from 1 to 20 characters long
• Employer - record information on where the member works, and related contact information
• Alert - you can set a message to appear on a chosen date or afterwards, so that when that customer next comes into the store to borrow or
return a video/item, the message will automatically come up to remind the user of what to do
• Notes - store anything relevant about a member that you think you or another employee should know about this person in the future
