Think Video - Lookup Tables

TV Introduction I Video Search I Circulation I Bookings Scheduling I Store Items I Serial Items I Member Information I Accounting I Administration

The Lookup Tables window is, for the most part, already set up for you. It contains codes for easy input of information such as :
  • Item Status - for keeping track of all items whereabouts
  • Item Types - all the different products/items you have in your store
  • Member Types - create a Gold/Silver/Bronze member system that can reward good, loyal members with discounted rental prices
  • Member Titles - just the standard salutations
  • OFLC Rating - official movie ratings, handed down by the Office of Film & Literature Classification
  • Genres - be as specific as you like by placing your videos in categories based on the films content, to assist the customer in their choice of movie
Codes can be added, modified or removed quick and easily by using the "Add" and "Remove" buttons at the bottom of the window. For example, to enter a new Genre, you would select Genres from the drop down list. Click the "Add" button and type in a code that is unique to that window, and an appropriate description to go with it. Click OK. That code is now available throughout the system.

For this example, we have entered 5 commonly used loan types, and their respective prices. Click below to see the other 4 :
Item Status   I   Item Types   I   Member Types   I   Member Titles   I   OFLC Rating   I   Genres

From here, you can also assign different prices for one or more of your rentable items to members. Please see the Lookup Tables section for more information.
