The Staff Absences window (below) keeps track of who, why and when a staff member is absent or late. A record can also be tagged, so that it may be settled at a later date once the exact reason is known, or the dispute (should it occur) is solved. However, because of the 'flag' feature, which can be activated on a record by selecting the Follow Up check box, it will not be lost in amongst the rest of the data and forgotten about.
