The Markbook records any marks from a test, assignment, exam or anything else that contributes to a final mark at the end of a reporting period. Alternative Office features an integrated Markbook that eases the burden of processing assessment results. Apart from the normal advantages of an electronic Markbook, Alternative Office Markbook provides additional advantages, such as :

• users can select which mark(s) are transferred to school subject reports, thereby saving time by not needing to re-enter results for end of semester subject reports
• Assessment results are stored against each student, hence over the years a complete academic record of results is compiled. The record of results can be consulted and trends can be seen

Below is the Assessment Results window for the Markbook section. It is capable of comparing an unlimited number of students and up to 20 assessment results (from an unlimited enterable amount) of your choice simultaneously.
